Roy Ha, Operations Manager
From his career debut at the former Ritz-Carlton in Central Hong Kong to his time at Vasco, the fine dining under the culinary direction of multi Michelin-starred Chef Martin Berasategui, Roy comes as a seasoned Operations Manager to Octavium. Reconnecting with Chef Roland Schuller – whom he had worked with previously at Aspasia and The Drawing Room, he aims to deliver a fine dining experience made modern and inspiring.

Jeff Yu, Restaurant Manager
Having previously worked with Chef Roland for 6 years at Aspasia and The Drawing Room, Jeff has a natural understanding of Chef’s distinctive culinary philosophy. As Restaurant Manager, he aims to use his knowledge of wine to complement the unique culinary vision and to provide a gracious hospitality for guest’s enjoyment.
