Beginning their career at the renowned Italian restaurant, Cipriani, he developed a deep understanding of Italian cuisine and impeccable service standards.

With a solid foundation in place, they he excelled as an assistant manager at NOVE at the Fringe, Chinese dim sum specialty restaurant, mastering the art of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
