Octavium’s experienced front of house team is led by Group Sommelier Wallace Lo, who received the Advance Sommelier certificate by the Court of Master Sommelier in 2019 and was ranked number 23 in the Best Sommelier of the World competition in 2016. “I see being a sommelier as a life-time career,” stated by Mr. Lo.

Floor manager Fanky Leung previously worked at Ritz-Carlton Hotel’s Italian restaurant Tosca and joined Octavium two years ago. Her friendly personality creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
